Hi, 👋 I'm Heather Larson! 🤝 Nice to meet you! I'm a yoga teacher, double Reiki Master, and certified transformational life coach. Next up: my 800-hour yoga therapist certification, estimated complete date of early 2027.

I'm here to share yoga, Reiki, and all these traditions can do with the world. For the stressed out city folk, I got you. 👊 For the rural person who needs some support online to learn and practice yoga, I got you. 👊 Maybe you're just busy, curious, or want all that peace & relaxation yoga can offer... I got you. 👊

You're in good hands. I've practiced yoga since 1996 and began studying seriously in 2020. (There was a lot of time at home then, wasn't there?)

I'm into decentralized, "post-lineage" yoga and Reiki along with everything else decentralized too—like music. I'm a traditionalist with yoga and Reiki, so there won't be trendy gimmicks and fancy workout wear here. Just real yoga and Reiki, before they became commoditized.
