Hi 👋 I'm Heather Larson, a Reiki Master.
I attended Reiki "shares" or what I am calling a Reiki Exchange for 12 years. These were hosted by my teachers and well attended by all levels of Reiki practitioners.
In a Reiki share, you connect with other Reiki practitioners to give and receive Reiki as a group. One person lies on the Reiki table while others channel Reiki to them. So multiple people channel Reiki to you at once time for a powerful experience. You gain more experience as a practitioner because you get to "work" on several people.
My goal is to hold a monthly Reiki share...somewhere in Phoenix!
When there are enough interested Reiki practitioners, I will reach out via email to let you know when we begin. I can't wait to get this going! The cost will be a "love offering" or donation-based. I call it "Value 4 Value." I ask that you donate what you are able to respect the space and energy.

Reiki Classes
I do not teach Reiki online because it cannot be taught online.
I teach the Western Usui Reiki in the lineage of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT).
I am a double Reiki Master in both the Western tradition (ICRT) and the Eastern Tradition (International House of Reiki). I learned both from my Reiki Masters, Donna & Conrad Jestmore in Wichita, KS.
I've been practicing Reiki since 2012 and offering it professionally since 2014.
Distance Reiki (Enkaku Chiryo) Sessions
I offer Distance Reiki sessions online. You can book with me and we'll meet up live online for your 30-minute session.
Be sure to have a quiet place where you can relax and not be disturbed during your session. Sessions are conducted via Google Meet.
