Practice 45 Minutes of Chill Yoga with Energy Work
In this 45-minute practice, I explore the themes of yoga, mindfulness, and the deep importance of breath and movement. This session is all about relaxation, energy, and connection — both with yourself and with the world around you.

This is a simple, chill yoga practice anyone can do. In the middle of it, we begin the most basic practice of energy work—learning to use the energy in the palms. I'm a Reiki Master and yoga teacher.
Let's start a series of working with energy during yoga practice.
We move through a series of poses designed to build strength, improve balance, and invite deep relaxation. Midway through, I guide you in working with energy in your hands, drawing from my experience as a Reiki Master. Mindful breathing is woven throughout the practice, helping you connect more fully with your body.
Our time together ends in Savasana, where you are invited to reflect, rest, and carry the calm energy you've cultivated beyond the mat.
And if you watch closely, you might spot one of my Bengal cats making a surprise appearance!
