Side note: I think there are employers who don't see values alignment as important because they're a little old-school.

Many may have you take a personality test but won't take a look at values or ethics. Cultural litmus tests are becoming increasingly more important and I don't see this going away anytime soon because this is important to Gens Y & Z!
