The reason I am introducing yoga in bite-sized blueprints is twofold:
- The makes it easier to begin
- This is how I started!
I started yoga in my teenage years with nothing but a crappy fitness mat and a copy of Richard Hittleman's 28-Day Yoga Plan. It was years before I was able to afford a yoga class.
Yoga can be completely overwhelming to begin—Sanskrit words, other jargon, and the need for basic equipment.
I want to take away the overwhelm and help you along one step at a time—safely.
