On this episode of Destiny Architecture, join me as I guide you through a special meditation practice designed specifically for those who find it hard to meditate. If that’s you, hit play!

In this session, you'll learn techniques to ignore irritating noises and distractions, stay centered within yourself, and focus on your breath. I encourage you to find moments of stillness and gently bring you back to your internal quiet place if you get distracted.

Throughout the episode, I emphasize the importance of acknowledging and accepting the presence of distractions without becoming involved in them. This guided meditation focuses on the voice in our heads and the thoughts that arise.

You'll be encouraged to let thoughts pass without trying to change them and to lean into the quiet space within yourself. I also provide helpful tips for incorporating meditation into your daily routine, emphasizing that even small increments of time can have a significant impact.

As you listen, I lead you through various exercises to cultivate inner peace and silence. I remind you that it's okay if your mind isn't completely quiet, and encourages you to release and let go without becoming distracted.

Whether you choose to meditate seated or at any point throughout the day, even short moments of inner peace can grow over time with practice. Remember to give yourself credit for attempting meditation! Be patient with yourself if it sometimes goes differently than planned.
