In this meditation, I introduce you to the technique of doing a body scan in order to become aware of the tension in your body so that you may release it.

So find a comfortable spot and close your eyes. The meditation begins and ends with a strike of my singing bowl.

I cover this in the meditation for you, but it bears repeating:

It's OK if you fall asleep during meditation!

What does it mean if you fall asleep during meditation? Absolutely nothing. It also means you need rest. 😉 Rest is OK. Rest is encouraged. If you fall asleep during any meditation I guide you through, I've more than done my job.

(Incidentally, I say the same thing about Reiki sessions. If you fall asleep during one of my Reiki sessions, I take it as a compliment and you get to rest!)
