Welcome to this guided meditation for anxiety. In the first 13:39 minutes, I'll share my experiences with anxiety, tools for managing anxiety, and how it's often trying to tell us something about our lifestyle.
At the 13:39 mark, the relaxing meditation music will begin and you'll be guided through an 18-minute meditation to help you deal with anxiety.
Find a comfortable position or lie down, close your eyes, and take a deep breath. Let the tension in your body release with each exhale.
As you continue to breathe deeply, allow yourself to sink deeper into a state of relaxation. Let go of any thoughts or worries and focus on the present moment.
(Don’t worry, I’ll prompt you and guide you the whole way through!)
Visualize yourself in a peaceful place, surrounded by calmness and serenity. With each breath, feel your body becoming more and more relaxed.
As the meditation comes to a close, slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your surroundings. Take a few deep breaths and when you're ready, gently open your eyes.
I hope this guided meditation helps you find peace and calm amidst any anxiety you may be experiencing. Remember to take care of yourself and prioritize your mental health.
