Guided Meditation to Balance Your Chakras
This is a 15-minute guided meditation from Destiny Architecture’s Heather Larson, a certified meditation teacher, and Reiki Master (and certified life coach!).
In this meditation, you’ll practice with your chakras and use visualization as a meditation technique to relax and increase balance in your energy body.
This meditation also features some practice with positive affirmations to raise your self-esteem and start practicing with affirmations if you don’t already.
You’ll become familiar with the colors of your seven chakras and how you can work with them in meditation. Learning the chakras can be intimidating because there is a vast amount of knowledge to learn. Here, you’ll pick up some chakra basics.
