  • Breathe & ground; connect to the Earth
  • First, you must be willing to release any blocks to quitting smoking along with any conditions in your life those blocks may have created.
  • Next, become willing or open to making essential changes in your attitude and how you view yourself.
  • Use these affirmations:
  • I am willing to change
  • I am willing to adjust my attitude about quitting smoking
  • I am ready to adjust the attitude I get before I light a cigarette (Or puff on a vape, pipe, etc).
  • I am willing to make changes in my life concerning my smoking habit and live in healthier ways
  • I am now open to increasing my awareness of the subconscious reasons why I smoke.
  • Now, focus for a moment on the block you face in quitting smoking. Set an intent to release this block.
  • Remember now your goal of quitting smoking and all the benefits you’ll enjoy when you’re past this, like more money, time, and health.
  • More affirmations
  • I’m willing to do whatever it takes to release this habit and live a healthier, longer life.
  • I am open to new ways of life going forward
  • I am willing to release any unconscious attitudes, thoughts, or beliefs that have kept me smoking all this time.
  • I respect and love my body and can’t wait for it to heal from this!
  • Promise yourself you’ll be gentle with yourself as you go through this change.
