🌵 Now Booking at Urban Wellness in Downtown Phoenix + Reiki 1 Class Starts 4/7

I'm excited to start offering mind-body wellness services one week from today at Urban Wellness in Downtown Phoenix (7th/McDowell).

Phoenix is my home and where I made some of my happiest memories with my family & friends. I've gotten to do radio here on the station I grew up listening to, I've served this community, and now—I get to serve once again with the work that sets my heart on fire. ❤️‍🔥

I'll be offering Reiki sessions, Reiki classes, private meditation instruction, private yoga instruction, coaching—and combinations of all of the above! 🧘

I'm here to help you get off the hamster wheel of stress, fear, doubt, anxiety, couch potato inertia, misery, and lack of purpose.

I'm here to help you get in touch with your gifts and get them out into the world.

I'm here to help you step away from work, parenthood, & caregiving to learn how to begin to prioritize your own needs, healing, nurturing, and wellness.

I'm here to help you do what we ALL must do—open the doors to the cage and step out into a life of abundant freedom.

I'm here to be the tour guide to your inner work.

I'm here to give you the tools of mind-body wellness to decrease stress and prioritize your mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health.

I'm here to do all this through traditional spiritual means like yoga, Reiki, and meditation. I'm a traditionalist more than anything. I don't change with the wind or chase trends. I offer what works for myself and so many others.

I'm also here to help you do all this sober.

Reiki 1 Class in Phoenix Begins April 7

I'm excited to begin offering Reiki classes in Phoenix!

Reiki 1 class begins on April 7 at Urban Wellness and will happen over 4 Sundays at 2 hours each. (Yes, there will be homework of self-Reiki, reading, and community discussion).

Reiki is a journey and I prefer to teach it slowly. Please join me! (Space is limited).

Reiki is a traditional Japanese hands-on technique that promotes healing and relaxation. Reiki will help you with self-care and the care of others. Many learn it for caregiving, self-care, or to deepen their spiritual path. I will be teaching the (Western) style of Usui Reiki.

I've been practicing Reiki since 2012. I am a double Reiki Master in the Western Usui style of Reiki (International Center for Reiki Training) and the Eastern style of Reiki (International House of Reiki).
