October 14: Annual Solar Eclipse Yoga! For us in Wichita, the eclipse begins at 10:21 a.m. and hits its maximum at 11:47 a.m. (during class). It ends at 1:19 p.m. This allows us to balance the yin/yang energies of the sun/moon!

Reiki Blessings This Weekend
As I just graduated from the Eastern system of Reiki (I was already a Western Usui Reiki Master), I'll be offering Reiju, or Reiki Blessings this weekend at White Dove.
These will help you to reconnect to your true nature and help you heal yourself!
There's no cost and receiving the Reiju will take only a few minutes of your time. I'll be giving these to anyone who wants one after yoga class and all day long.

This is the week I'm migrating 7 years' worth of blogs from DestinyArchitecture.com to DestinyArchitecture.net. (Ok, I am NOT the one doing it, but a brilliant developer is!)
That 7 years' worth of content is moving to the membership site where I post the guided meditations so that you won't experience any interruption in service there. Please continue to enjoy the guided meditations!

Join Me For Reiki This Saturday
I'm offering chakra-balancing Reiki at White Dove in Wichita through the end of October!
I offer a beginner yoga class at 11:00 a.m. at White Dove. The class lasts one hour and costs $7. After class, I can stay for whoever wants a Reiki session. (Or stay and chat about yoga and Reiki!)
My time at White Dove is soon coming to an end; final Reiki & yoga classes are happening over the next 3 Saturdays!

- October 28: Spooky Yoga! Come in costume or Halloween garb if you like! I'll be dressed in something extra special... We'll have a fun, Halloween-themed practice!

I'll still offer Yoga, Reiki, meditation, and coaching online as I begin a new adventure! (Hence the fancy new website you're about to see).

Half-hour chakra-balancing sessions cost $40. One-hour sessions cost $75.
The Reiki Healing Pathway lasts 90 minutes and includes an aura clearing, healing attunement, and a Reiki session. The cost is $150.
I’m available for Distance Reiki (Enkaku Chiryo) if you can’t make it to an in-person session or want an energy tune-up outside my White Dove dates.
