I'm announcing something ✨ new 🌚 for May!

Starting this month, subscribers will be invited to a monthly group meditation held on (or as close as possible to) each month's New Moon. For May, this will be Thursday, May 18 from 7:30-8:30 PM via Zoom.

We'll spend 20 minutes meditating as a group with time for a Q&A to answer your meditation questions.

The new moon is a wonderful, perfect time to set intentions. So we'll do a brief manifesting exercise complete with a free digital download for you to keep. We'll talk about goal-setting and making vision boards.

You can bring your goals, intentions, or vision board if you already have this set. Or you can attend the meditation and possibly be inspired to set new ones.

You don't have to have ever meditated before to join. You also don't have to have any intentions set. First-timers are always welcome.

I'm Heather Larson and I'll be your meditation teacher and host for these sessions. Since my background is in coaching, I love helping people set goals they will actually achieve.

This will be a spiritual group session, meditation, Q&A (so bring those questions), and part goal-setting/manifestation coaching.
