Friday was the new moon 🌚 and I created this practice for it. It's a meditation and manifestation practice for members—complete with a digital manifestation journal.

🧘 Meet with me first for 30 minutes to share your goals, desires, concerns, injuries, etc.
🧘 I'll use this info to come up with a bespoke hour-long yoga practice for you.
🧘 We'll meet live online via Google Meet for private instruction (which can include meditation & distance Reiki if you choose!)
This service will cost only $59 with a total time commitment on your end of 90 minutes (maximum).
